Dallas, TX – There are many different reasons someone enlists to serve our country. Some reasons include fighting for our freedom, carrying on a family tradition, or employment.
But there is one man from Texas who joined for a reason no army recruiter had ever heard before. That man is Randall Porter, and he is Brad Paisley’s biggest fan.
“Yeah, it was definitely new to me,” said Lieutenant William Fritz, the man who enlisted Porter. “I mean I get it, Brad Paisley makes great music, but that’s kind of a whole process just to see him play a couple songs.”
“Every time [Brad] announces a new tour, it’s always sold out before I can even get on his website,” Porter told us. “I heard he was going to be doing a couple USO concerts over the next year, and I thought this was be the best way to see him.”
