Los Angeles, CA – R. Kelly, famous for such songs as “I Believe I Can Fly” and “Ignition (Remix)” got himself into an embarrassing situation last night at his apartment in Los Angeles.

The R&B singer, who’s Chicago mansion was bought out by the bank in March, recently found a apartment in California. While adding more shoes to his already gigantic collection, Robert Sylvester Kelly
got locked inside of his own bedroom closet.

The night ended with five firetrucks and three police cars parked on his street, as a crew pried open his closet door.

I’ve never seen that many shoes before in my life.” Said police chief, Phil Williams. “When we finally got that door open, it was magical, seeing this man surrounded by so many shoes. He even gave me a pair for free, which was great. These are the reasons I live this dangerous life.”
