Chicago, IL – This past weekend, a middle-age man put on a pair of yoga pants and left the house to go food shopping. Before he could even reach his car door he was arrested.

Robert Brimstone, a lawyer and Chicago native, just wanted to enjoy himself on Sunday. “My wife and daughter both wear yoga pants everywhere they go and they seem so comfortable,” Brimstone told us soon after being released from jail. “I love the weekends because I don’t have to wear my suit, but maybe I just got too comfortable.”

When Brimstone’s lawyer asked the arresting officer what the charge was, Officer Johnson responded, “Honestly, I’m not too sure. I just saw this guy in yoga pants and got really confused. Indecent exposure, maybe?”

All across the country, men of all ages are now wearing yoga pants in protest of Brimstone’s freedom pants.
