(Using the cooked chicken from lesson 1…)
- Cooked chicken, shredded (plain or cooked with BBQ sauce or salsa)
- Shredded cheddar cheese or Monteray Jack cheese
- Flour tortillas
- Sour cream for dipping (optional for very special occasions)
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. This means, let your oven get hot before using. Some ovens have a buzzer which will let you know when it is at the temperature selected.
Place 1 or 2 tortillas on a baking sheet of choice. Covering with foil is totally optional.
Sprinkle cheese to cover tortilla. Add chicken. Add a spoonful of salsa Spread it around.
Cover with another tortilla.
Bake for 5 minutes.
Let sit for 5 minutes. Cut into 4 or 6 triangles, serve with salsa and sour cream and enjoy!
